Animation

Image
For my animation, I chose to film myself at my neighborhood basketball court. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the rims and nets have been removed, which gave me the opportunity to shoot a unique kind of video. It took a long time to draw and do the work frame by frame, but I'm happy with how it turned out. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X1AGjYR9HGw

Autoscopy

Image
My autoscopy at 100% quality. It was 3.52m in size, the largest of any result. I did not like this project as much as the other ones, as it seemed like I was trying to distort the picture and then cover it up with filters, even though the original picture quality was pretty good. It took me a while to find inspiration for this project, but I eventually settled on a sort of "mask off" approach where I removed my face to reveal the galaxy and ethereal plain under my skin. This is because humans are made of the same compounds that were present at the onset of our world, and in essence, we're all made of stardust. My autoscopy at 75%. It was 1.612m in size. My autoscopy at 50%. It was in 782k in size. My autoscopy at 25%. It was around 470k in size. My autoscopy at 0%. It still looks pretty similar to the ones at higher percentages. It was around 200k in size. Here's my autoscopy with a greyscale color scheme and only 2 colors used. It was 946k in si

Multiplicity

Image
For my multiplicity project, I chose to shoot myself playing a game of cornhole with myself, while two more clones look on. Even before quarantine but especially during it, my roommates and I have been frequently playing cornhole in our backyard, so I figured it would be a good subject to do my project on.

Somewhere

Image
For my somewhere project, I inserted myself into an image of Argentinian Tito Villalba celebrating a goal on the way to securing my hometown team, Atlanta United, their first trophy. This was a fun project that I had a range of different ideas on, but given that I owned the same jersey as the one that's displayed in the original image, I felt it was a good subject for my project.

Black to White

Image
These are my three black to white conversion images. I used a monochromatic scheme for the green one, a square pallet for the red and blue, and a complementary color pallet for the orange, blue, and silver one.

Poster

Image
This is my finished poster. I took inspiration from the WWII Uncle Sam poster for military recruitment. We're facing what has been dubbed a threat on the level of a world war, and we will need to respond in a similar manner that mobilizes all parts of the country for our common goal of defeating the virus.

Logos

Image
These are my drawings for the words I had to describe myself. I chose to use one of my designs for the word 'social' because not only does that incapsulate who I am, but I also felt it was my best design for the logo criteria. These were my mood boards for the five words I searched. None of them really helped me too much. This was my design for the logo in vector form. I wanted to keep it simple and have chat bubbles as the o and the dot on the i. I'm pleased with how it came out, and the different colors I used. These are my two business cards in both positive and negative form. I tried to make sure that I didn't have too many glaring empty spaces so I added some chat bubbles and a butterfly, as in a social butterfly. I used different fonts for my cards and tried to keep them looking professional. Here's my logo applied to 3D models. A cylinder, cone, and a sphere.
